Shipping Costs
Free shipping for all orders from: Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Italy.
For all customers outside of the EU: Customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us, nor are they included in the order total.
How to follow your order
Orders are shipped within 3 working days. A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order.
Delivery time
Belgium & Netherlands: 1 – 4 working days
Europe: 3 – 7 working days
Outside Europe: 7 – 10 working days.
You will eceive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays.
Delivery status
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed.
