An email shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed to you once we have shipped your order.
Additional costs outside the E.U.
For all customers outside the EU: Customs, taxes, duties and collection fees may still apply. Any duties and/or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and will not be collected by us nor included in the order total.
Delay
If a delivery is delayed or an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email as soon as possible. No later than 30 days after the order has been placed.
